Job Responsibilities
Manage work pass-related matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Handle reimbursement of claims through the government’s online portal.
Support recruitment activities and facilitate the onboarding process.
Monitor staff attendance and manage the issuance and control of fuel cards and cash cards.
Liaise with government agencies (e.g., MOM, LTA, IRAS, NEA) on all related matters.
Maintain accurate insurance records and manage the renewal of office, workmen, medical, and vehicle insurance policies.
Job Requirements
Nitec holder and above
1-2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
