Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking an HR cum Admin Assistant to oversee Work Pass transactions, manage employee documentation, and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, preferably with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a construction environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.
  • Experience in Construction will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Work Pass transactions such as applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Manage daily HR operations and maintain records.
  • Support general office administration to ensure smooth operations.

HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Work Pass transaction such as application, renewals and cancellation.
  • In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Responsible for dormitory check in/out, room arrangement, liaising with dorm operators.
  • Submission of IR21 (if any).
  • Create and upkeep employees’ P-files.
  • Employee training registration and renewal (Coretrade Application/Renewal, WSH Application/Renewal, SP Contractor Portal Application/Renewal, etcs).
  • Manage daily HR operations, such as record maintenance and filing.
  • Support in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferences:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.
