Job description
  • Monday - Friday; 8 am - 5 pm

  • Entitle AWS & Variable Bonus

  • Location: Ang Mo Kio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls, transfer, take down and pass message to relevant department.

  • Assist in general administrative/clerical support (typing, printing, filing, mailing, courier etc.)

  • Renew, apply and follow up on insurance policies, work permits and certifications.

  • Assist in staff attendance and HR purchases.

  • Record & maintain staff leave records and particulars.

  • Assist and arrange recruitment, job posting advertisements, and interviews.
