Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Cum Admin Assistant to manage HR operations, handle Work Pass transactions, and support general office administration. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR experience, a relevant diploma or degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role operates 5 days a week, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.
  • Experience in construction is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Work Pass transactions like applications and renewals.
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Handle employee training registrations and renewals.

HR CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Work Pass transaction such as application, renewals and cancellation.
  • In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Responsible for dormitory check in/out, room arrangement, liaising with dorm operators.
  • Submission of IR21 (if any).
  • Create and upkeep employees’ P-files.
  • Employee training registration and renewal (Coretrade Application/Renewal, WSH Application/Renewal, SP Contractor Portal Application/Renewal, etcs).
  • Manage daily HR operations, such as record maintenance and filing.
  • Support in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

Preferences:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements:

  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.
  • Experience in Construction will be an added advantage
