Well-Established Manufacturing Company

Salary Range: Basic Salary $2500 - $2800 + VB + AWS

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 8.00am - 5.00pm

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio - 3 bus stops away from YCK MRT

Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of Human Resource experience

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, transfer them, and take messages for the right department.
  • Help with general admin tasks like typing, printing, filing, mailing, and arranging couriers.
  • Renew and follow up on insurance, permits, and certifications.
  • Work with vendors for equipment and asset renewals, purchases, and maintenance.
  • Create purchase orders (PO) in the SAP system.
  • Support staff attendance tracking and help with HR-related purchases.
  • Keep records of staff leave and personal information.
  • Assist with hiring tasks like preparing application forms.
  • Help organize company events, staff welfare activities, and support ISO & GMP needs.
  • Ensure HR and ISO documents and policies are up to date.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding, including setting up orientation and computer access.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience with Infotech system is an added advantage.
