About the role

Sunland (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Cum Admin professional to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Defu Industrial Park in the North-East Region. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for driving the HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation

  • Provide HR advisory support and guidance to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters

  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to upskill our workforce

  • Handle general administrative tasks such as office management, vendor management, and facilities coordination

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry

  • Proven track record of effectively managing the full HR lifecycle

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
