Summary:

• Salary up to $2800
• Location: East (Ubi)
• 5 Working Days, Mon-Fri 830am-530pm

Job Scope:

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Handle MOM submissions, work pass applications, and ensure HR compliance.
• Collate timesheets, leave forms, and payroll-related documents.
• Provide admin support for training, benefits, and policy implementation.
