A growing company in Singapore is looking for an HR & Admin professional to handle HR welfare and manage daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, a basic understanding of MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of HR & Admin
• In-charge of company’s HR welfare and matters.
• Assist to support in-house events (as and when needed).
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
• Oversee the day-to-day admin operations of the office, including managing utilities, office supplies, and stocktake. Ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace.
• Data entry, upkeep records, coordinate with suppliers and subcon, upload bills. Verify and process invoices for finance to arrange payment.
• Perform Ad-hoc administration duties and other HR-related; general administration duties as assigned.
Requirements of Admin & HR
• Proper English & Mandarin communication skills.
• Basic use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good inter-personal skills and basic customer service.
• Resourceful, organised, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
