Job summary

An oil and gas service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to support staff management, work pass applications, and ensure compliance with labour regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Accountancy or HR, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and familiarity with Singapore's MOM labour laws.

Qualifications

• Experience with oil and gas service providers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MOM labour law in Singapore.

• Assist HR team in managing workers/staff.
• Liaise with insurance companies for policy renewals.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Arrange payments to suppliers.
• File employee tax and GST returns.

Responsibilities

• To assist the HR team to manage the workers / staffs in terms of organizing courses / trainings
• Assist to apply work passes in Singapore
• Liaise with insurance company relating to insurance policies renewal
• To be updated on new regulations on labour law
• Prepare monthly management reports
• Arrange payments to suppliers
• File employee tax and GST returns

Requirements

• Diploma is Accountancy / HR
• Min 2 years similar experience in similar role
• Has experience working for service providers in oil and gas industry an advantage
• Familiar with Singapore MOM labour law
• Familiar with work passes application in Singapore (Work Permit / SPass / Employment Pass)
• Willing to take on 1 year contract with potential to convert to perm
