Job description

Human Resources (HR):

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents (Singapore & Malaysia).
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare matters.
  • Process payroll, CPF (Singapore), EPF/SOCSO/EIS (Malaysia).
  • Manage staff leave, attendance, and overtime records.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM (Singapore) and Malaysia labour laws.
  • Provide HR support upon request by management or staff.

Accounts:

  • Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoices, payments, and petty cash.
  • Issue invoices/receipts and follow up on collections.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting.
  • Process staff claims and expense reimbursements.
  • Support in GST/SST submissions (Singapore & Malaysia).
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when required.

Administration:

  • General office support including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Assist in procurement of office supplies.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as requested by management .
