A leading company seeks a financial and HR professional to manage accounting tasks and support local HR activities. The role involves daily accounting duties, interaction with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of financial work experience, local financial and tax practice in Singapore preferred.
  • Familiar with Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with good analytical skills.

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  • Assist in HR procedures such as payroll and employee records.
  • Liaise with financial institutions and regulatory bodies in Singapore.

Account

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including reviewing and organizing reimbursement vouchers

  • Liaise with banks, tax authorities, secretarial firms, and accounting agencies for account maintenance, tax filing, and annual reviews

  • Manage company cash flow, process payments and receipts, and perform bank reconciliations

  • Support headquarters with cross-border financial reporting and audit coordination

HR

  • Assist in handling employee entry and resignation procedures, maintain personnel files and attendance records

  • Assist in handling local social security, provident fund and other matters

  • Assist in handling payroll and other matters

  • Assist in connecting with local regulatory compliance matters in Singapore

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting, business administration and other related majors is preferred

  • At least 2 years of financial work experience, with cashier/accounting functions, local financial and tax practice experience in Singapore is preferred

  • Familiar with Mandarin as you are required to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

  • Good written & oral communication, meticulous with good analytical skills
