COMPANY DESCRIPTION

HMGICS (Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore) is Hyundai Motor Group's first smart factory, dedicated to driving manufacturing innovation through process automation using robotics and AI, software-based digital transformation, and smart logistics systems.

Located in Singapore, HMGICS also plays a key role in building a global eco-friendly mobility ecosystem by producing electric vehicles (EVs), including the IONIQ brand.

DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center] HR Coordinator (Korean Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly payroll for expats/dispatched personnel. Share their payroll data received from HQ accurately with the Payroll Specialist and review it through payroll reports and SAP systems.
  • Manage overall benefits for expats/dispatched personnel and apply/renew their insurance/visas, etc., in a timely manner according to e cycle.
  • Support the team leader in applying internal procedures and improving both the results and the efficiency of the process.
  • Collaborate with HQ to support the selection/onboarding/offboarding process of expats/dispatched personnel.
  • Assist the team leader with various tasks assigned by HQ (e.g., updating the organizational chart and personnel status, reorganizationGTRS deployment, supporting Korean-English translation, etc.).
  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and tasks (e.g. enhancement of the performance evaluation, training framework, HR digitalization initiatives)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • Knowledge of Singapore labor policies and labor legislation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with people from different cultures at various levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a strong interest in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Fluent in English and Korean to communicate with local employees and HQ members/expatriates from South Korea

  • Visa sponsorship available (SP/EP)
  • Annual leave: 14 days. Sick leave and other statutory leave entitlements are provided in compliance with Singapore labor laws.
  • Insurance: Outpatient Primary & Specialist Care (Up to a limit)
  • Flexi Benefit: $700 per policy year
  • Transportation: Shuttle Bus (6 Routes) and Grab Credits/Fuel Reimbursement : $160 Per Month

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00AM to 06:00PM, WFH once a week
