Job Description:Shabakkat is looking for a dynamic and seasoned HR Compensation, Benefits & Analytics Specialist to join our Organizational Development & HR department. This role is perfect for someone who excels in salary grading, compensation planning, benefits management, and has a strong foundation in HR analytics.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of salary grading systems and compensation frameworks. Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Provide detailed compensation analysis and recommendations to align with organizational goals. Deliver high-quality HR presentations to management and stakeholders using data-driven insights. Conduct complex data analysis using Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools. Generate reports and dashboards to inform decision-making on compensation strategies. Stay up to date on HR trends and regulations affecting compensation and benefits.What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a large organization. Certified in HR compensation (such as CCP, GRP, or equivalent certifications). Strong expertise in Power BI, data visualization, and other BI languages (SQL, DAX, etc.). Ability to analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights. Strong project management and communication skills, especially in presenting to senior leadership.
