Job description

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our team. You will support various aspects of HR operations, particularly in managing foreign worker processes. Key duties include:

  • Applying for and renewing work permits
  • Purchasing security bonds and arranging insurance
  • Registering workers for mandatory safety and CoreTrade courses
  • Coordinating the entry, onboarding, and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers
  • Assisting with overtime (OT) verification and related HR documentation
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant HR experience in Singapore
  • Able to communicate effectively in English for daily work matters
  • Strong written English skills (for permit applications and correspondence)
  • Familiarity with foreign worker processes and MOM regulations is an advantage
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
