Key Responsibilities:
- Internal HR Regulation: Develop, implement, and maintain internal HR and IT policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regional regulations
- Manpower Planning: Conduct strategic workforce planning to forecast future staffing needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure the company has the right talent to meet business objectives
- Talent Attraction and Retention: Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent. Develop and implement strategies to retain high-performing employees, including career development programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Performance Appraisal System: Manage the performance appraisal system, from goal setting to performance reviews, ensuring a fair and effective process that supports employee growth and business goals
- Enhancing Information Security: Collaborate with the IT to enhance information security protocols, particularly those related to HR data and systems, to protect sensitive employee information
- Promotion of DX (Digital Transformation): Lead digital transformation initiatives within the HR function, leveraging technology to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks aligned with business needs and growth initiatives
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR leadership role, such as HR Lead, HR Manager, or a similar position. Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR information systems (HRIS) and a proactive approach to digital transformation (DX) in HR.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, combined with strong communication skills for interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability in strategic manpower planning and implementing effective talent attraction and retention strategies.

- Salary: SGD 6,000-12,000 (Depending on the experience)
- Bonus: AWS+VB(Total Ave:2.5 month)
