A global deeptech leader in wireless charging, Xnergy is seeking an HR Business Partnering Manager based in Singapore. This role encompasses various HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, executive execution, and at least 5 years of HRBP experience within a start-up environment.

With deployment presence in close to 40 countries, adopted by almost 100 autonomous robot companies, Xnergy was voted an APAC 25 company in 2020 by Cleantech Group.
With its HQ in Singapore, Xnergy is expanding its physical offices beyond its current Suzhou subsidiary branch, into new markets of Korea, US/LATAM, EU & Japan over the next 3 years.
The ideal HRBP Manager candidate will be entrepreneurial in mindset, strong execution ability with proven impactful achievements. Coupled with a good understanding of regional HR policies and procedures and proven cross-border recruitment ability, candidate needs to be passionate about what they do, keen to learn, pivot and grow with the company. This role is based in Singapore and responsible for global markets (outside China) all spectrums of human resources practises and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, maintain HR policies and procedures and general administrative duties. You are to function as the beacon for corporate values and shaping of a positive work culture.

Education and Experience
1. Degree or accredited professional qualifications in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years of HRBP with prior or current talent acquisitions experiences
2. Strong entrepreneurial spirit with lateral thinking and excellence in executions in multifaceted environment.
3. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.
4. Handle confidential matters with discretion.
5. Creative in navigating dynamic landscape. Open minded. Team-playing with the ability to connect well with people. Able to multi-task, independent and dependable.
6. Must be willing to work in start-up environment.
