Talent Acquisition, ASIA

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
  • Establish competitive intelligence and market benchmarking capabilities
  • Develop university partnerships and graduate recruitment programs
  • Drive employer branding initiatives at industry events and career fair

People Development

  • Partner with senior leadership to design performance management frameworks
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies
  • Facilitate cross-border performance review processes and calibration
  • Champion organizational culture and values across international teams
  • Manage complex employee relations and change management initiatives

HR Operations

  • Establish scalable HR processes and systems for growth
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations
  • Lead work authorization and immigration processes for workforce
  • Drive HR technology optimization and data management
  • Coordinate sustainability initiatives and government incentive programs
  • Manage facilities and administrative operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
