What You'll Do

Champion of HRIS and HR Operations

  • Champion of the audax HRIS system - Design, maintain and update the HRIS system deployed.
  • Oversee full-cycle HR operations of staff, permanent and contractors - onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and documentation- ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with Businesses and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth transition of staff during onboarding and offboarding.

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage talent lifecycle activities: HR case management, recruitment support, contractor supplier management, which includes closure of business agreements for placement of contractor staff and, ensuring contractors and suppliers are promptly paid.
  • Provide HRBP advisory to staff and Line Managers on the above matters.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and present HR reports, metrics and dashboards (e.g., headcount trends, turnover, performance distribution) for Board Meetings and leadership meetings.
  • Support the annual and quarterly company-wide OKR exercise.
  • Support all government surveys submission.

HR Business Partnering

  • Act as HR consultant to business leaders, advising on HR policy, talent planning and employee engagement.
  • Partner with Head of HR in workforce planning and talent reviews to align staffing with business needs.

Process Improvement & Project Work with the HRBP Team.

  • Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives—better HRIS integration, automation, and employee experience enhancements.
  • Drive HR projects including system upgrades, process digitization (e-HRM), and culture-building initiatives.
