Job Description

  • Planning and execution of recruitment strategies, with a focus on mid-career hiring

  • Designing, implementing, and improving compensation and performance evaluation systems

  • Ensuring compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines and labor regulations

  • Talent management, employee training, and development program design and execution

  • Preparing HR reports and coordinating data with Japan headquarters

  • Training and managing local HR staff as needed

  • Providing HR advisory support to management and department heads

  • HR policy planning and regional rollout across ASEAN countries

  • Perform other ad hoc projects/duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.

  • Experience in a similar capacity as a HRBP or HR Manager is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor and MOM regulations

  • Experience covering HR functions across APAC or ASEAN region is preferred

  • HR experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred

  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills

Compensation

  • Work location: CBD, Singapore

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm

  • Fixed transportation allowance

  • Variable business travel allowance

  • AWS Entitlement

  • Annual Leave: Minimum 14 days (1 additional day granted for each year of service, maximum of 21 days)
