A leading food company in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role involves strategic recruitment planning, compliance with labor regulations, and managing HR functions across the ASEAN region. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Singapore regulations, and a history in multinational companies.

Job Description
Planning and execution of recruitment strategies, with a focus on mid-career hiring
Designing, implementing, and improving compensation and performance evaluation systems
Ensuring compliance with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) guidelines and labor regulations
Talent management, employee training, and development program design and execution
Preparing HR reports and coordinating data with Japan headquarters
Training and managing local HR staff as needed
Providing HR advisory support to management and department heads
HR policy planning and regional rollout across ASEAN countries
Perform other ad hoc projects/duties assigned by the company
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Experience in a similar capacity as a HRBP or HR Manager is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor and MOM regulations
Experience covering HR functions across APAC or ASEAN region is preferred
HR experience in a multinational company (MNC) is preferred
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
Compensation
Work location: CBD, Singapore
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.40pm
Fixed transportation allowance
