About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner Singapore team in driving business growth and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with commercial leaders to deliver tailored people strategies that align with the e-commerce business's dynamic needs.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to country commercial leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Understand commercial goals and translate them into effective people solutions.
- Partner with leaders to drive talent planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization.
- Talent Management & Development
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Partner with Commercial Academy to deliver commercial-specific training programs.
- Champion a high-performance culture through clear OKR setting and feedback cycles.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a strong, transparent relationship with commercial teams to foster engagement and retention.
- Support conflict resolution, performance coaching, and employee concerns.
- Monitor team morale, and propose engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
- Lead and support org changes, restructures, or integrations as needed.
- Partner on cross-functional projects to enhance workforce effectiveness and agility.
- Implement change management strategies in alignment with company-wide initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes (onboarding, exit, performance reviews, etc.) are well-executed within the commercial function.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, etc.) to deliver seamless support.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Prior experience in a tech or e-commerce environment is a strong plus
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
