Qualifications

  • 7+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Prior experience in a tech or e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

This role partners closely with commercial leaders to deliver tailored people strategies that align with the e-commerce business's dynamic needs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to country commercial leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Understand commercial goals and translate them into effective people solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to drive talent planning, organizational design, and workforce optimization.
  • Talent Management & Development
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
  • Partner with Commercial Academy to deliver commercial-specific training programs.
  • Champion a high-performance culture through clear OKR setting and feedback cycles.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Build a strong, transparent relationship with commercial teams to foster engagement and retention.
  • Support conflict resolution, performance coaching, and employee concerns.
  • Monitor team morale, and propose engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
  • Lead and support org changes, restructures, or integrations as needed.
  • Partner on cross-functional projects to enhance workforce effectiveness and agility.
  • Implement change management strategies in alignment with company-wide initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure HR processes (onboarding, exit, performance reviews, etc.) are well-executed within the commercial function.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, etc.) to deliver seamless support.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
