Job Description:
- Work with business units to provide strategic HR support in talent acquisition, retention, development, rewards, employee care, and engagement.
- Administer and implement key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, recognition programs, communication, and staff wellness.
- Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular staff engagement, dialogue sessions, and walkabouts, promoting an open and inclusive work culture.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of organizational events and initiatives, including wellness campaigns, staff engagement projects, charity drives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Undertake any other projects or assignments as required by Head of Unit.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree, a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage.
- Min 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Business Partner function.
- Comfortable to work in healthcare / hospital setting
- Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
- Able to work with ambiguity
- Organised, meticulous, pro-active, sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results, customer as well as people oriented
- Strong passion and drive
