Job description

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Location: West

Job Description:

  • Work with business units to provide strategic HR support in talent acquisition, retention, development, rewards, employee care, and engagement.
  • Administer and implement key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, recognition programs, communication, and staff wellness.
  • Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular staff engagement, dialogue sessions, and walkabouts, promoting an open and inclusive work culture.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of organizational events and initiatives, including wellness campaigns, staff engagement projects, charity drives, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Undertake any other projects or assignments as required by Head of Unit.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree, a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage.
  • Min 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Business Partner function.
  • Comfortable to work in healthcare / hospital setting
  • Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
  • Able to work with ambiguity

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
