Key Highlights

Salary: $3700 - $4500 per month

Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Location: Nearest to Novena MRT

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, normal office hours

• Partner with divisions leaders to understand their needs and provide practical HR solution

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Contribute to organizational design projects and workforce planning initiatives

• Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organizational needs and employee aspirations are met.

• Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns

• Analyse workforce data and prepare insightful reports that drive decision-making

• Coordinate recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives

Job Requirements
