A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. The role involves ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals, coaching leaders, and enhancing workplace culture. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Reports To: Human Resources Director or designateGeneral Accountability:Reporting to the Human Resources Director or designate, the Human Resources (HR) Business Partners focus is to build a genuine and strong business partner relationship with key internal stakeholders to enable them to meet their operational and strategic goals.
The responsibilities outlined here is not an exhaustive list as the duties may alter accordingly to the requirements of the business as directed by the AEM/CEI Management Team. The incumbent is required to:
Work as one team with the HR Business Partners across AEM/CEI on HR initiatives to ensure synergies are derived across the operations and functions
Coach Leaders on competency and capability uplift, talent development and succession planning, and change management
Identify, implement and drive initiatives that enhance culture and support exceptional performance
Provide strategic HR insights to enable transformation and deliver business value
Partner with Leaders to develop Strategy Workforce Plans that align with business objectives
Develop business fluency so that objectives and key results are cascaded down and tracked
Harness digital systems and leverage on data insights to optimize talent recruitment, employee engagement, human capital development and productivity
Support Leaders with case management, performance and disciplinary matters
Support communication (through the most effective channels) to the workforce to improve employee engagement
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant business related discipline
Previous experience in a similar role providing strategic and tactical advice to Leaders
Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment
Relevant experience in supporting Leaders and has a passion for empowering Leaders to build a high performing culture
Possessed excellent negotiation, influencing, persuasion and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Approachable, resilient, and agile to change
Excel in dynamic environment and strong focus on results and deadline
