WorldQuant is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the East Asia regions, including China, Taiwan, and South Korea. This role involves driving HR strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and enhancing employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
WorldQuant develops and deploys systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. As a HRBP at WorldQuant, your main responsibility is to advise, guide, and support the East Asia Regions specifically China, Taiwan and South Korea countries. You will partner with our leaders to understand their strategic objectives and create and implement practical people strategies to achieve them. This incumbent reports to the HR Director, Asia, in implementing and assessing the deployment of the HR strategy to support the achievement of the regional business plan.
