HR Business Partner (6 months/West) - GOVT/up to $6.5k #HAO

Salary: up to $6500

Duration: 6 months

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: One-North

Job Description:
  1. Perform recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Ensure end-to-end recruitment process is carried out in accordance with SOP.
  3. Work closely with HODs on manpower planning for respective departments.
  4. Implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental manpower needs.
  5. Ensure efficient onboarding and exit processes for new hires and departing employees.
  6. Provide manpower reporting and analysis, including recruitment and attrition data, to department heads.
  7. Assist and advise Department Heads on processes and requirements of the TPM cycle.
  8. Provide TPM updates to departments and communicate calibration outcomes.
  9. Engage regularly with line managers and Department Heads to understand and address ground issues.
  10. Work with HR departments to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance.
  11. Coordinate Talent Identification programs and follow up on related review actions.
  12. Plan and coordinate IDPs for Talents, ensuring quality with HODs.
  13. Organize engagement sessions for DyCE and address arising matters.
  14. Coordinate L&D course schedules and nominations for ad hoc courses.
  15. Plan and organize non-cluster courses aligned with business needs.
Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Human Resources or similar, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in BP functions, preferably in the healthcare sector.
