Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of daily HR operations, including recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations, grievance handling, staff engagement, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering coaching and support on people management and performance development.
- Collaborate closely with line managers to understand manpower requirements and partner with them to design and implement effective workforce strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessing, selecting, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
- Work with hiring managers to develop compelling job postings that attract the right talent.
- Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives, including process enhancements and the implementation of new recruitment technologies.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and activity reports to support data-driven decisions.
- Support other HR initiatives and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a HR or recruitment function.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Proactive, meticulous, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards), recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and resourceful, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-demand setting.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured, consistent approach to tasks.
