What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of the HR team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end HR strategies and operations across multiple areas:

Strategic HR & Business Partnership
  • Work closely with the HR Head to align HR strategies with business goals and create impactful short- and long-term HR roadmaps
  • Drive change management initiatives, lead communication strategies, and build an agile people-first culture
Total Rewards & Performance Management
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits including job evaluation, grading, benchmarking, surveys, and salary reviews
  • Support performance management cycles, competency assessments, and merit-based increment processes
  • Develop and administer rewards and recognition programs to retain top talent
HR Operations & Policy Management
  • Oversee core HR operations including payroll, employee benefits, and HR budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and align internal policies to industry best practices
Talent Management & Acquisition
  • Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for both technical and support functions, including workforce planning and campus hiring
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess culture fit and long-term potential
  • Champion employee engagement through team building, open house sessions, recognition programs, and cultural events
What We’re Looking For:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in an MNC or aviation/manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized with a passion for people and culture
  • Regional experience in APAC region
