Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of experience in an HR function.
  • Proven track record managing and coaching junior-level employees.
  • Experience supporting 200+ employees as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.

Job description

Location: Tuas

1 year contract

ROLE

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor across functions, supporting organizational design, talent management, and key HR initiatives.

  • Provide end-to-end HR support including recruitment, performance management, promotions, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.

  • Use data and HR analytics to inform decisions, track key metrics, and present insights to leadership.

  • Partner with leaders to develop workforce planning strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and support business growth.

  • Drive employee engagement by fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.

  • Lead DE&I efforts and retention initiatives based on employee sentiment and feedback.

  • Oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, and update HR policies as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 6 years of experience in an HR function or equivalent degree and experience.

  • Proven track record of managing and coaching junior-level employees.

  • Demonstrated success as an HR Generalist or Business Partner supporting 200+ employees

  • History of developing effective relationships across all levels within organizations and with diverse groups.

  • An articulate leader with excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Hands on, approachable and natural leader who inspires and motivates.
