[Contract] HR Business Partner – Aviation MNC (East)
Duration: 1-Year Contract
Location: East Singapore
Experience: 6–8 years in HR Business Partnering

We are a leading Aviation MNC located in the East of Singapore, currently seeking a competent and driven HR Business Partner to join our team on a 1-year contract. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives in a high-performing and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnering & HR Strategy

  • Partner closely with business leaders and HR Head to align HR strategies with organisational goals
  • Support change management, organisational development, and culture-building initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR roadmaps and workforce planning

Compensation & Benefits / Performance Management

  • Support compensation and benefits processes including salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and merit reviews
  • Facilitate performance management cycles and competency assessments
  • Assist in the implementation of employee rewards and recognition programs

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HR reporting
  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policy standards

Talent Acquisition & Engagement

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions
  • Lead engagement activities, employee communications, and employer branding efforts
  • Participate in campus hiring and talent pipeline development
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 6–8 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably within an MNC or aviation/manufacturing setting
  • Solid understanding of C&B, performance management, and HR operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented
