As the continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced HRBP to support regional business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our regional HR team based in Singapore, you will partner with business leaders to enhance performance, employee engagement, and talent development. Your role will include:

  • Proactively identify and attract regional top talents to support the organization’s growth, ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires and managing offboarding processes.
  • Oversee payroll operations with precision, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and manage disciplinary actions while fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans to drive employee growth.
  • Assess training needs, design development programs, and support continuous learning initiatives.
  • Ensure all HR practices align with employment laws and industry standards.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness plans.
  • Maintain HR databases, generate insightful reports, and leverage HRIS tools to streamline processes.
  • Participate in regional HR projects such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), workforce mobility, and digital transformation.
  • Assist with additional HR tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates we are looking for should be seasoned HR Professionals with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, IHRP, SHRM) are advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), with expertise in payroll and recruitment. Regional payroll and recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with hands-on experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent conflict-resolution skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities in both English and Mandarin to engage with mandarin speaking stakeholders across all levels.
