  • Act as a trusted partner to line managers, promoting a high-performance culture through coaching, leadership development, and organizational capability building
  • Translate business goals into impactful HR strategies with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and change management initiatives that drive inclusion and sustainable growth
  • Design and implement a tailored people strategy aligned with business objectives, budget considerations, and corporate frameworks, in close collaboration with the Business Group HR Director, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and local HR teams
  • Provide strategic support for workforce planning, organizational development, and talent growth, ensuring long-term value creation
