As a member of the Global HR team, your role in HR has a profound impact on a mission-critical aspect of the organization's development. Your work in HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world's next elite Internet company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy, and evaluating future organizational structures.
  2. Support leaders to drive high performance, including managing the performance review cycle.
  3. Coach leaders to build an inclusive culture, including analyzing employee engagement survey findings, supporting the delivery of action plans to increase engagement, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Identify and support the development of key talent in the organization to help them reach their potential. Manage the full cycle of performance reviews.
  5. Spearhead change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression.
  6. Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and acceleration, develop solutions, and lead their implementation to deliver impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • HR experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience, ability, or strong interest in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to drive programs independently.
  • Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into action plans.
  • Knowledge and experience in LD/TD/OD projects in the technology or Internet business is preferred.
