Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing top IT talent to build a robust R&D team, as well as sourcing high-performing sales talent to drive corporate sales growth. You will work closely with leadership to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify, headhunt and recruit exceptional IT talent to establish a high-performing R&D engineering team, while also sourcing top-tier sales professionals to enhance our commercial sales efforts
  • Lead recruitment initiatives for senior sales roles, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier candidates for both R&D and commercial teams
  • Develop and implement competitive employee benefits packages and localized HR policies, informed by comprehensive market research to ensure all HR policies comply with local labour regulations and up to market practices
  • Implement and enhance an effective performance evaluation process with ongoing performance tracking to drive accountability, transparency and sustainability
  • Support organizational change initiatives by promoting HR programs that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with broader business goals, providing strategic HR support that drives organizational success.
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations of the R&D team and provide necessary support to team members

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, policy development, and performance management
  • Possess a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Proven track record in recruiting and managing talent for technical and sales roles
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices, particularly in the tech and sales sectors
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proactive approach to identifying HR challenges and developing solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR issues
  • Experience in the R&D or commercial sales sector is highly advantageous
