  • Serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support to address complex people-related challenges

  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement tailored HR initiatives, policies and processes that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness

  • Driving talent management activities, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development and performance management

  • Analysing workforce data and providing insights to inform strategic decision-making

  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values

  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirement

  • 4 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist HR professional, ideally within a consulting or business partnering role

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to translate them into practical, business-aligned solutions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels

  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • Proactive, innovative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field
