Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Sales Target Setting & Performance Management: Work closely with sales leadership to establish realistic and motivating sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Performance Incentive & Commission Management: Partner with the CEO to design and refine incentive programs that enhance motivation and transparency, while ensuring accurate commission calculations based on sales performance metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture: Implement initiatives to foster a positive work environment, encourage teamwork across all levels and functions, and improve employee engagement, morale, and retention. Promote open communication and feedback between employees and management.
- Work Pass Management: Oversee the application, renewal, and termination of work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and company regulations.
- Operational HR Administration: Handle offer letter issuance, CPF and NS make-up claim submissions, job description development, employee retention strategies, legal compliance, employee transfers, and HR communications.
- Special Projects: Support various HR-related projects based on business and functional needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or any other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in HR business partnering.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation & facilitation skills and the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS is an added advantage
