About the role

We are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team at SATO Global Business Services Pte Ltd. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning and implementing HR policies and local HR matters through close collaboration with respective Management team and HR representative.

What you'll be doing

HR Business Partnering for Subsidiaries

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR related matters in subsidiaries without a local HR team.
  • Align and implement HR policies and processes in accordance with corporate guidelines through close collaboration with Management team of subsidiaries.
  • Provide advisory on employee relations and workplace policies and ensure compliance with governance standard.
  • Oversee performance management processes, provide guidance to subsidiaries in appraisal execution and employee development planning.
  • Manage and support the recruitment process for subsidiaries which includes talent acquisition strategy, interview coordination and selection.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Collaborate with local HR representative and subject matter experts to define training content and templates for the internal LMS.
  • Act as liaison between the local subject matter experts and the internal LMS team to ensure smooth content creation and system updates.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with trainers to refine training materials.
  • Troubleshoot LMS related issues and provide guidance to end-users.
  • Provide support to local HR representative in maintaining training completion records and generating reports for management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a regional or multinational setting or in a similar capacity is required.
  • Experience in LMS administration, corporate training coordination, or HR digitalization projects is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
