A global food company seeks an HR Business Partner to deploy HR initiatives and partner with leaders in driving results. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in HR and 10-12 years of experience, including 5 years specifically in HR business partnering. This hybrid role involves performance management, talent development, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.

This HR Business Partner role leads deployment of HR initiatives within the GIC, partnering with business leaders to drive results, foster a strong culture, and act as a trusted advisor. The role reports to the Head HRBP FSS, GSS, ITQ.
