General Mills India Centre (GIC) operates out of Mumbai, supporting global operations with a diverse team of over 1800 employees, providing services in Business Operations, Analytics, Logistics, Finance, Digital & Technology, and more.

Job Overview

This HR Business Partner role leads deployment of HR initiatives within the GIC, partnering with business leaders to drive results, foster a strong culture, and act as a trusted advisor. The role reports to the Head HRBP FSS, GSS, ITQ.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support for assigned functional groups within Sales and Consumer Insights.
  • Partner with leaders to establish and deliver talent strategies.
  • Lead performance management processes and talent development.
  • Support HR projects like employee engagement, compensation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate on recruitment and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and standards.
  • Foster team effectiveness through facilitation and coaching.
  • Resolve employee relations issues.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Masters degree in HR or related field.
  • 10-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead projects independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of CPG industry.
  • Experience in GCCs and external networks.
