Serve as a liaison between business units and HR to understand business priorities and assess needs in staffing, organization design, performance management, employee relations, talent management and career development.
A key role in facilitating decision-making processes to support mainly the head of business developments, and/or team leaders, directors, management executives in driving company growth and sustainability.
Recommend both physical and digital HR solutions, drive initiatives, implement new processes or tools in support of business priorities, operations, and overall team engagement.
Regular meeting with leaders and managers to update on HR initiatives, discuss HR issues and collect feedback on team concerns.
Guide future team leaders and managers on structural operations, methodology and to execute comprehensive fair reward system based on both statistically gathered performance for both team and individual appraisal matters.
Coordinate initiatives and propose suitable programs that enhance work relationships and staff retention, e.g. team health survey, staff appreciation program, team building events etc.
Coordinate initiatives to enhance performance management and talent development.
Support employees throughout their career in OTTO Solutions: on-board new hires, administer team assignments, career moves, facilitate appraisals and exit interviews effectively.
Counsel employees on career development opportunities and choices.
Capable of responding to staff inquiries regarding HR matters with both theoretical knowledge and empathy.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Understand and execute available grants initiatives by the government.
Attend the weekly departmental operations meetings, record precise meeting minutes, and provide a list of scheduled actions with dates to the management team for future strategic planning.
Oversee the execution of the digitalization master plan with foundational knowledge to support and coordinate diverse software tools with the designated digital team.
Assist the international contract team in addressing their individual requirements and inquiries, maintaining proper records and documentation.
Support management executives in any other high-level planning and execution for the overall benefit of the OTTO group of companies.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Business and/or Management
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or as a Personal Assistant is required.
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, Human Resources or Management
At least 3 years HR experience is required. OTTO Solutions will provide further training or courses to support professional development and enhance performance in the role.
