About the role

You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing a robust benefits programs, in accordance with internal policies and statutory requirements. The incumbent will also assist with manpower planning efforts and related reporting tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing and enhancing benefits policies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
  • Oversee procurement processes for employee benefits, including healthcare and insurance services.
  • Collect and analyze data for compensation benchmarking and surveys.
  • Maintain and update manpower-related reports, dashboards, and headcount monitoring systems.
  • Consolidate and analyze workforce data to support planning and budgeting processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect manpower information for planning and reporting purposes.
  • Provide operational and administrative assistance on various HR initiatives and projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What we’ll like to see in you

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with employee benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of compensation policies and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
