Recruitment Support
Assist in posting job advertisements.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and records.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Help with preparing new hire documentation and contracts.
Coordinate orientation sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Manage exit interviews and process termination paperwork.
Employee Support
Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in processing leave applications and monitoring attendance.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities or events.
Compliance and Policy Adherence
Ensure HR processes align with company policies and local labor laws.
Assist in audits and maintaining compliance records.
Training and Development
Support the coordination of training sessions and workshops.
Coordinate training registrations and documentation.
Maintain training records and track development progress.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Handle correspondence and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Manage HR-related documentation, including policies and procedures.
Manage office administration such as pantry supplies, stationery, office equipment, and event arrangements.
Handle company vehicle-related matters (accident records and claims, insurance, road tax, season parking, etc.).
Apply and renew Jurong Port Passes / PSA Port Passes.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Min. Diploma in Business Management / Fresh graduates are welcome.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Working Details
Working days per week: Monday - Saturday.
Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:45 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.), Saturday (8:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.).
Commencement Date: Immediate.
