Job Description:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Partner closely with hiring managers in the Infrastructure team to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and contract administration.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategies to build a steady pipeline of talent for both current and future openings.
- Collaborate with local HR counterparts across regions to ensure timely and accurate execution of headcount plans.
2. Engagement and Employee Experience
- Plan and drive engagement initiatives such as team bonding activities, townhalls and recognition events to foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Create engaging EDMs and internal communication materials to drive awareness, alignment and support engagement across various HR initiatives.
- Plan and organize learning & development activities, including workshops, learning materials and sharing sessions to support continuous learning across teams.
3. HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
- Manage HR operational processes throughout the employee lifecycle ensuring smooth execution of key milestones such as onboarding, transitions and exits.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Infrastructure employees on HR-related queries, providing timely and clear guidance on policies and procedures.
- Support process improvements and contribute to ad-hoc HR projects to drive efficiency and alignment.
- Undertake any other HR-related tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 1-3 years of HR working experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
- Prior experience in the Internet, Telecommunication or other IT domains is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership with structured thinking, effective multitasking and project management capabilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people, culture and delivering a first-class employee experience.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change and stay focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinker with a solution-oriented approach and growth mindset.
- Being bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to support communication with regional stakeholders.
