Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire orientation and briefing via online/classroom

  • Support internal events to improve employee engagement and well-being e.g.: festive celebration, team building program, various activities by Small Group Activities (SGA) committees, GM Skip Level, GM Townhall

  • Provide support in employee recognition e.g. Long Service Award, e-Recognition and Corporate Recognition Programs

  • Communicate internal processes and guidelines to Supervisors and Managers

  • Handle voluntary resignation and involuntary exit

  • Provide administrative support on employee transfers

  • Handle Retirement and Re-employment Process

  • Handle exceptions for medical, hospitalization leave and prolonged illness and medically board out cases

  • Provide support in management of cafeteria operator on issues pertaining to cafeteria operation

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies or related fields

  • Highly adaptable and pro-active with initiative and drive

  • Passionate and internal customers orientated

  • Possess excellent communication with the ability to interact with all levels of staff

  • Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
