An HR position at a leading testing and assembly company in Singapore is available. The role involves managing new hire orientation, supporting employee engagement activities, and ensuring effective communication of internal processes. Candidates should have a diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies, along with strong communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with MS Office and Power BI is essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct new hire orientation and briefing via online/classroom
Support internal events to improve employee engagement and well-being e.g.: festive celebration, team building program, various activities by Small Group Activities (SGA) committees, GM Skip Level, GM Townhall
Provide support in employee recognition e.g. Long Service Award, e-Recognition and Corporate Recognition Programs
Communicate internal processes and guidelines to Supervisors and Managers
Handle voluntary resignation and involuntary exit
Provide administrative support on employee transfers
Handle Retirement and Re-employment Process
Handle exceptions for medical, hospitalization leave and prolonged illness and medically board out cases
Provide support in management of cafeteria operator on issues pertaining to cafeteria operation
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resources or Business Studies or related fields
Highly adaptable and pro-active with initiative and drive
Passionate and internal customers orientated
Possess excellent communication with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI
