Job Responsibilities

1. Arrange interviews (physical & virtual) based on interviewers’ availability.
2. Coordinate/facilitate the interview process on the day of the interview, including photocopying and verifying of documents if applicable.
3. Provide support to wellness activities, e.g., distribution of goody packs.
4. Create P files for new joiners.
5. File all hardcopy documents into respective P-files or storage areas.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Human Resource Management or related fields.
• Able to commit 6 months minimum.
