  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with teams to organize training and development programs
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters
  • Contribute to performance management processes and employee feedback systems
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming workplace
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Gain exposure to strategic HR projects and decision-making processes
REQUIREMENTS
