Job Overview:

This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about human resources and eager to learn. As an HR Associate, you’ll assist in day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will work closely with our HR team and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with organizing employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives
  • Help with HR reports, documentation, and policy compliance
  • Respond to employee queries and support daily HR operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of working experience in HR recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
