We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our People Operations team. You will support HR reporting and data analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams across regions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly headcount reports and support ad-hoc HR data requests.
Support staff cost allocation processes with the HR and Finance teams.
Manage Restricted Stock Unit eligibility and the termination process.
Coordinate with external vendors on Employee Share Option Plan operations.
Assist with SOX compliance and quarterly compliance declarations.
Support job postings and fair hiring practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience in HR operations or similar roles.
Proficient in Excel, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset.
