Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal engagement activities and events from concept to completion
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and memorable employee experiences
- Measure and review the effectiveness and impact of employee engagement initiatives for improving future projects
- Draft and edit internal communication content for newsletters, intranet updates, and corporate materials
- Monitor employee engagement levels through regular checks and feedback sessions
- Assist in organizing learning sessions and training logistics, maintain learning records and support employee development initiatives
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and cross-functional projects to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent experience
- Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, event planning, or internal communications
- Energetic and service-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and culture
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin is a plus for liaising with stakeholders
