Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR operations specialist. Responsibilities include providing recruitment support, onboarding new hires, maintaining records, and assisting with payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, strong understanding of HR best practices, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Overview

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews
  2. Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
  3. Perform orientations and update records of new staff
  4. Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day-to-day operations administrative in Unit 4 HR system
  5. Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
  6. Support in monthly payroll processing, generate attendance and headcount reports for department verifications
  7. Coordinate and organize staff training and company event.
  8. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of HR software for payroll processing
