What you'll be doing
Responsibilities
- Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews
- Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day-to-day operations administrative in Unit 4 HR system
- Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
- Support in monthly payroll processing, generate attendance and headcount reports for department verifications
- Coordinate and organize staff training and company event.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resource operations or generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
- Proficient in the use of HR software for payroll processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical skills
- Diploma or above in related field
- Ability to start immediate or within short notice
