What you'll be doing
Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, plans, processes, and programmes
Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver value-added HR services and support
Administer and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires and leavers
Enhance the on-site experience during onboarding and offboarding stages
Ensure HR services are delivered in compliance with policies and relevant legislative requirements
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) under HR Group Shared Services
Maintain accurate HR system records in accordance with established procedures and team standards
What we're looking for
Diploma level in Human Resource/ Business or related studies
Training is provided
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset
