Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks. This temporary role will focus on supporting candidate mapping, outreach, and other essential administrative duties to streamline recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Mapping: Extract and organize candidate information from LinkedIn and other platforms.
    Maintain and update a database of potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Outreach: Connect with potential candidates using the provided LinkedIn account.
    Respond to initial candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
  3. CV Formatting: Review, format, and organize candidate CVs to align with company standards.
    Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all CV presentations.
  4. Administrative Support: Handle data entry and management in recruitment systems or spreadsheets.
    Assist in coordinating recruitment-related activities and tasks as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in recruitment support or HR administration is a plus.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 0900 - 1800
